Two of the three freezers were already closed when I arrived more than an hour before the store was scheduled to close. The cold... stone was covered in syrup and other toppings from previous orders and there was no clean place for the staff to work. My friendand I were the only customers in the store other than two annoying ladies and their kids. I got gross syrup that I didn't wantmixed into my ice cream. Staff was pleasant and ice cream tasted good, despite the remnants of earlier orders. Did not help thatthe two women having a very loud conversation in the store with complete disregard for other customers, or that their childrenwere causing a ruckus in the store. I usually love coming here but this was a terrible experience. I hope the next time I goback it will be better. Read more
We went inside and the worker was working alone at a very slow pace not knowing what he?s doing, it took him so long to just... make one icecream for one customer. It is clear that he is not trained and wasn?t ready for the job. We left disappointed andempty handed EDIT: we came back approximately 5 hours later to give them another chance and now there were 3 female workersserving people very fast and this time we left the store happily with icecream. This location has old ice cream sitting in the freezer with freezer burns. Lots of empty tubs. Looks abit depressing. Koodos to... the one worker that was working hard on his own. This establishment is run by a very cheap owner. The ice cream tasted like itwas abit stale, definitely old product. Read more
Extremely disappointing, don?t waste your time and visit maybe the McDonald?s drive through. Wasted an evening here with family... waiting ridiculously long line, store is dirty and disorganized. What made this experience especially bad was trying to explainto the clerk that their machine wasn?t connecting and taking payment from an attempt of several cards and proceeded to laugh incustomers face. Inhuman and laughable service. Go anywhere else in Burlington for your ice cream. Read more

Just left this location--saw a family of three go in when I pulled up so I gave them a few minutes as I had read how slow... service is. When I went in I saw one person behind the counter helping this family. I saw another employee walk to the kitchenarea. I waited in line about 5 mins when the employee helping the family was on their second order(he was moving pretty slow..).I saw him pop into the door way of the kitchen to I assume, let them know there was another customer waiting. I gave themanother couple of minutes, then asked if the lady in the back was going to come out to help. He said "no, she's busy doingstuff". Hmm ok, fine but never in the history of customer service have I ever been told to leave customers waiting. Get themtaken care of and get them out the door. Not here. I just left.
