I hadn't been to Kelseys in a couple of years. Was looking forward to having dinner. The menu needs a major overhaul. We ordered... the newest pasta dish and it was honestly horrible. I mentioned the lack of chicken in the "chicken pasta". Was told thats theway it comes. It was not good at all. So obviously just heated up from prepacked bags? Not sure. Anyway with all the restaurantsnow serving freshly prepared in restaurant meals I will be taking Kelseys off of my list. Yesterday (Friday October 28) I dined in with my Mum at this specific Kelsey's location. I've eaten at many different Kelsey's... locations with the Burlington and Hamilton area; however, the service was exceptional last night. Our food great, we ordered thespinach dip and chicken wings to share. Our server, Marquel, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was the upmost atKelsey's. He was attentive, gregarious with a positive attitude and smile on his face. It's the little gestures that go a longway, and I can't say enough about the service which overall complimented to make the experience better. Recommend. Read more

There’s always something interesting on the menu—that patty melt is something else—and the staff is so kind and welcoming.... One staff member remembers me from when I would come by like five years ago and she would serve. I typically end up withKrista as my server, though, and she is why I keep coming back to Kelsey’s—so kind, so fun, makes every meal a good time. Five stars. Read more

I have been a patron at this location for over 10 years and have also befriended a few of the staff. I have never had such a... horrible experience as I had tonight. Our waitress (whom was too preoccupied with the “party” inside…her words) was almostnon existent. We had to ask multiple times for drinks and for takeout containers. We were seated on the patio. When we went topay we used a gift card of $100. The bill was $97 and change. She just offered to use the remaining money as her tip so “wedidn’t need to keep the card for only a few dollars”. WOW. Also, when we were just about to leave she proceeded to tossanother billfold on the table so we “could leave her a tip”. She made sure to tell us we couldn’t exit off the patio andmade sure to ask “did you leave the tip on the table”. Again WOW. What kind of professionalism is that. I rely on tipsmyself in my occupation also but I’m sorry that was classless considering her service was under par. My friends food was overcooked and inedible. The spinach cheese dip was very good. The chicken fingers for very tender and juicy. The chicken parmesan was good the chicken... was tender the white sauce over the noodles was very good. Definitely had a good portion. The garlic bread very good.Hospitality service was great. I do recommend it. Read more
