Great Experience. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The food was incredible, very fresh, short... wait time, and was brought out together with the rest of my family's dishes at once. The spinach dip was to die for, and thewings were crispy, well seasoned and dressed. All around the perfect night out. Highly recommend for family, friends,gatherings. Amazing restaurant to attend with both friends & family, staff is very friendly and polite. Food was amazing came out fast and... efficient was also very tasty, I had the Grilled Sirloin with Cajun Shrimp topper and everything was cooked perfectly. Not tomention the service was incredible. Saturday August 13,2022, 5pm-ish greeted and seated by a nice young lady, our table had debris on it from an earlier function as... well as the booth seats and floor area, a light bulb is burnt out at the table adjacent to ours, bathroom smelled like urine,the food took longer than it should have and arrived at the table absolutely cold,we sent it all back the restaurant had no morethan 10 customers. The manager guy was more interested in playing with the TV than making sure we were going to be a repeatcustomer. No apology, No compensation,… well no repeat business from us. A good manager wouldn’t have let this happen, coldfood?? As well attention to detail in the surroundings,lights, floors, everything should be operational and clean. It was too hot to cook so my son and I came in for dinner Friday night to this location. The food at Kelseys never disappoints !... Our server was Amy and we had great service. She recommended items on the "newer" menu we hadn't tried before. We really enjoyedour meals. We will be back to this location for the service alone. Read more

Went for wing night with the family, and we got seated in Emily’s section. What an experience. She was attentive, efficient... and most of all very personable. I brought our family out for dinner to this location, as I didn't want to cook! Sat down and was greeted by a lovely server by... the name of Emily. Compassionate and understanding with regards to a hectic day I had. Service was excellent, food wasdelicious. Thank you to our server Emily for making my night stress free. Took a visit to this location of Kelseys on Sunday night and it was one of the best experiences I had in Burlington, the food... was incredible I ordered the Spinach Dip Fried for my appetizer & Chicken Fajitas for my entree and both were absolutelyamazing. Spinach Dip was the best I have ever had and Chicken Fajitas were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Service was alsoamazing, Nicole the bartender was very attentive and did an amazing job with everything. Will for sure be coming back to watchsome football again, forgot to mention they are also giving away 4 NFL jerseys to winners that dine in. Amazing great job guys! Read more
