Ordered from the app for this location. Usually Harvey?s is always a good option. Quite disappointed this time: order not ready,... Chicken sandwich overcooked and dry, drinks not even filled properly and were left half empty. Burger was okay. The place had afew tables for sitting in. All of them were dirty. Burger was okay, but the fries were less than desireable...(photo) On top of that, I asked for ketchup and was told "its in the... bag". I was disappointed to find just 1-packet of ketchup in my bag to wash these fries down with. I do have enough salt &pepper for 4 more orders at least... My wife went in to get our dinners. She ordered a nugget combo and when we got home, not only were the dipping sauces wrong, She... received 4 chicken strips instead, Which is 2 dollars cheaper than the nuggets that she paid for. We weren't able to return because we were already home and the restaurant was closed. If you look at the receipt, chicken nuggets is highlighted. How doyou still get it wrong? What was the point in highlighting the items, if they weren't checked?? Read more
Placed a mobile order for a veggie burger combo. When opened the bag, found the fries were burnt leftover fries, seemed like... they were sitting their for a while. Went back to the restaurant showed them the fries. Asked them to change the fries. Whenopened the bag again seemed no difference to me in the fries. Rather than replacing the fries seems like they gave some morefries of the same batch. Which were cold and burnt. I haven?t had such an experience at any other branches. Read more
Usually Harvey's is a great stop. We were out on the road and decided to pick up a quick burger. Not the best! The beverage was... an extra charge and it was warm. Had to get a cup with ice. The chicken sandwich was disappointing. I had an Angus burger. Itwas good! My French fries were minimal. Usually Harvey's is good. Been going there for decades and always a great stop. I likethe fact that you know what to expect. Maybe it a bad day. Still will keep using. Takeout location. Read more
