Good pizza. Ginos has improved on their overall appearance and texture of the pizza since I first tried the in Hamilton years... ago. There is more options for toppings than nice remember and they have a selection of gourmet pizza as well. The price isclimbing a little higher than I would like but it does come out very fast if you would like a good meal fast. Read more
Talk about shady people, when you pay cash there prices change, my staff and I eat here all the time and when you go in you will... get 3 different prices for the same stuff, there menu states 4$- slices 2$-pop after tax is $6.80, they will charge you $7.90 or$8.10, $8.25 when you question them they then type in the computer and it will say $6.80 I know a $1.10 not that much but if youand your staff eat there all the time it adds up. The thin pizza is always amazing!!!! The delivery person is always pleasant. The ONLY reason im giving a 4 star and not a 5 is... because the deep fried pickles have changed! They were always sooo good the kids loved but they must have changed the batterbecause it always falls off the pickle/doesnt stick so unfortunately we will not order again which is too bad because they wereamazing! Ordered from here this evening. Unfortunately this pizza tasted so bad we might as well have been eating the cardboard box it... came in. The crust was extremely dense. Hard to chew even! Sparse toppings. Just no good. It seems Gino?s quality is on thedecline. Do not recommend. Read more
I have been going to this location for more than 10 years. I went 20 minutes before closing recently, I understand staff aren't... pleased when people come in late, but fact is the business is open. No excuse for a underdone pizza. I had a negative experienceat this location in the summer and this was my first time returning. Regrettably I won't be going back again. I would like tothank the staff of the past years for their excellent service and comintment to quality. Unfortunately your standards didn't getpassed on. Read more
2 Pizzas... 2 Pizzas and 40$ in the trash because Gino's Pizza on 473 Guelph Line, L7R 3L8 brought us pizzas with the wrong... ingredients, completely different than the receipt we received with our order. We called back to try and fix problem and theyended up saying it wasn't there fault and it was on just eats end and to contact them. For Just Eat to attempt to contact thestore directly and be sent to answering machine multiple times. Thanks Gino's, The receipt i was given with my order at the timeof delivery listed toppings completely different than what was on the pizzas delivered. You couldn't double check beforedelivery? Worst experience I've ever had at this location. The owner yelled at me for returning my order after my daughter ate a slice,... with rotten black olives. I tried one. Totally rancid. I wanted to give them the opportunity to take the olives off the table,preventing further refunds. I wasn't rude or confrontational, simply wanted them to stop telling me they're not bad. Theyshould try one.. You can't tell by looking at it. Long story short... He actually told me that it's not his fault, I ordered theWRONG INGREDIENTS. I said but they're bad, it's a food inspection violation. He said Go ahead, call the Health Dept. **in frontof another customer!!** Never in my life have I had this kind of ridiculous response to a health violation. That's foodpoisoning, knowingly. He refused to admit its poor storage. Doesn't matter, head office already gave me my money back, but thefranchise owner lost a loyal customer. Shame.
