I am not sure how this place is surviving. Went in for the daily deals 7.99. Was shocked to learn that doesn?t include protein... which is an extra $4.00. I used to love ordering here but today it was terrible. The store is very dirty with stacked chairs, no forks or napkins and to... make matters worse they made me order from a digital person on a screen that had a 10 second delay and I could not hear her. I love freshii but this location is horrible! I bought a Mediterranean bowl and it just tasted off the ingredients were not... fresh and made my stomach hurt after a few bites I threw it all out. Never coming to this location again. Read more
First time trying this location rather than my regular site. Ingredients were not fresh, tomatoes tasted off and frosted, the... cabbage was brown (see photo), green onions looked dried out and avocados were past prime. They were also out of several mainingredients, so all three of our bowls needed substitutions and it prevented us from pre-ordering online. Skip this location. Read more

Ordered pick up a week ago - they were sold out of items which happens however I?m still waiting to be credited the difference I... was charged through the app. PLUS I was missing items - swapped out two premium items for 2 eggs in each but o my received oneAND my 2 Pangoa bowls were less than half full (see picture). I?ve tried numerous times to reach shop and no one answering. Sent many messages on app (was told by employee to request refund via app) and still nothing happening. So very disappointed. Just to be clear this is a review of the branch itself and not the employee working here tonight he?s a nice guy. I?ve been... sitting here for over 30 minutes waiting to get my food. 1 employee working here is simply not enough, with deliveries andpeople being able to order from other sources. This service is completely unacceptable. You should give customers the meal forfree after a certain wait time. Not to mention I ordered no cheese and I got cheese, but I can?t even blame the guy, he has 1000orders to deal with alone and he seems like a nice guy doing his best. He also filled the bowl up properly as well. This is areally poorly ran branch. I rated it this highly for the employee this guy deserves a raise. Read more
