3 for 3 on an awful experience and leaving without getting anything. For some reason there is always a minimum of 5 people... waiting to order, painfully slow service, no obvious line and the staff don't care to inform people that they were not next inline. Avoid at all costs. Read more

Just had the BEST experience here, i have never been here before. I came and just wanted a nice cold smoothie on this hot summer... day we?re having. I also have lost my voice and my throat is super sore and I wasn?t sure what to get. After explaining mysituation TONY stepped up and was able to help me by suggesting this terminator smoothie to help boost my immunity! Not onlydid this man make me sample it to make sure I liked it he asked if it was sweet enough ( because I wanted it super sweet ) headded more sweet stuff ( mystery sweet ice cream ) to create the best smoothie I?ve ever had ! And my throat feels absolutelyamazing ! Wow. I will not be returning. When does it take 20 min to get a drink?!!!! It?s a smoothie not a 4 course meal! I was the ONLY... customer in the store and the manager saw me, made no acknowledgements that I was even there, and made no effort to take myorder for the longest time. Apparently washing ALL the blenders and lids was more important than serving customers. When shefinally took my order, she began making the smoothie and then walked away. I AGAIN waited while she went to go chop applesbecause apparently that was more important?? The drink sat in the blender long enough that when I finally asked another employeewho had just arrived for her shift, to at least GIVE me my drink, even the employee asked if I wanted it thickened since it hadbeen sitting for so long and had liquified too much. At the time, I didn?t know the person originally serving me was themanager. When I told the manager that that was one of the worst counter services delivered and how it shouldn?t have takensooooooo long to get ONE smoothie, she argued about how she was working alone and tried to justify her behaviour, making noapologies for how slow the service was or how rude the service was. Having worked in the customer service industry and havingbeen in the same situation as your manager of working ?solo?, having had experiences with other establishments where theemployee is working alone and handles their job with efficiency, I?d have to say your manager really shouldn?t be a manager ifshe is unable to prioritize her customers and multi-task on the front line. The employee that did serve me after your managerforgot about my drink altogether, was more than pleasant and seemed much more capable than the manager at not only prioritizingcustomers, serving customers, and multi tasking.
