I ordered a papa burger with Lettuce. I received a burger with just Lettuce and meat with no toppings. I went back and figured I... would get a fresh burger. First of all, the cook doesn't wear gloves ????. My burger was taken out the bag and walked to theback where I watched the cook add toppings. Aren't they supposed to make a fresh burger? Are they not aware of covid? Anyways Iwon't be eating here again! The burger meat is over cooked and dry. And I was expected to eat that with a bunch of Lettuce.Gross. Never experienced an A&W like this. Read more

Was welcomed as soon as I arrived. Both people behind the counter were very polite and knowledgeable about any questions I... had. My food was hot, fresh and full of flavor! I would recommend both Abdullah and Iman get a promotion! If I could talk to amanager, I would let them know they have great employees on their hands! From those two back to the cooks in the back! This is the best place for chicken burger.Their burgars are always fresh and services are so great. Specially one girl with... glasses ( indian nationality) is always providing you great hospitality. I can?t begin to say how pleased and impressed I am that A & W now offers not just one, but two different plant based burger... options . Obviously there a growing demand for alternative options to animal products. My friend and i thoroughly enjoyed ourVeggie Deluxe burgers yesterday, they were not only delicious but neither of us could tell that the patty was totally plantbased. I googled to find out the ingredients in both veggie burgers and was pleased to find out that all of the ingredients arevery healthy. Thank you A & W! Read more

I had a mama burger there this week. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the meat was delicious. It was the "real... thing". I would never get a hamburg at any of the other fast food places again, It's A & W for me from now on. YUM. Read more
