Went there at night the light to the drive thru menu was off and we could not see the menu. I informed the associate that we... could not see the menu and asked about options for menu items she was very rude and snapped at us. We drove off and have noplans to return. Read more

Twice in a row the cobb salad didn't have the toast. They're also good for charging for extra sauce with combos then not putting... it in the bag. I also have heard how disguatimg they treat their young employees. I'll think twice before returning to thislocation. Read more

We were tired of Chick x x during our road trip to the south so we tried this chain. Food was ok. Chicken was well seasoned... but overfried. Fries were fresh and hot but unsalted. Soda fountain offers a variety of drinks but was flat. With bettermanagement, this place can be a whole lot more enjoyable, I bet. The restaurant was dirty...when we wiped a dead fly on theseat, the wipe turned black! The bathroom was out of soap so I could not even wash my hands properly (and could their staffhave?). Food comes out correctly but drive through employees need a reality check. I didnt have the space to pull up to be at the box to... order my food so I said that and she told me to order when I was ready. The line moved up and I was able to place my order. Shethen asked quite rudely if I could just wait a moment and forgot to turn her mic off. All while talking to presumably herself oranother employee about how I just started yelling at her expecting her to be ready. I didn't say anything and waited until shewas ready gave her my order again and again complained about me without turning her mic off. This isn't the first time asituation like this has happened but the drive through employees need some basic respect for their customers or maybe just learnhow to turn their mics off. Read more
