We ordered to eat in, but an hour later they finally called our name and our food had been just sitting there on the rack for 30... mins. The young lady said she didn't know. I said you called that other couples name 2 times, but not us? We asked for arefund, but she said management doesn't allow that, but they could give us new fries. I asked for management's phone number, andshe said it was on the bottom of the receipt...but it wasn't. She said her manager would be back next week. I was there yesterday. I ordered 8 piece boneless with floppy chips. Well I got 8 burnt boneless wings with hard chips that... tasted like they were cooked in year old oil! Worst meal I have ever had there. I loved my waitress but the food isunacceptable. No one looks at the food before bringing it to your table or my wings would not have been burned like they were! 55$ for hard, tasteless, burnt to death chicken tenders with a side of floppy, thick, unseasoned ?hot chips?. Probably the worst... meal I have ever had, who considers this edible!
