Worst place I've been for service, waited in line for over 20 mins inside and never had order taken (left) only one person in... front of me. Go to these places for fast in and out service, not here. Be prepared to sit in the drive thru line for at least 45 mins even if there is only 5 cars in front of you and the fries are... barely warm, the nuggets are hard and burgers aren't warm the cheese wasn't even melted, if you go inside your always gonnawait for 20 mins with 2 ppl in front of you, I've even called the number on the receipt and got an oh well.. Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru, even with numerous cars leaving. Finally ordered only to be met with rude service, missing... some of what we ordered, and the food was freezing! Not sure if they?re understaffed, or what?s goin on, but they?d be betteroff closed entirely. Read more
I didn't even want to give 1 star. But after almost 15 min behind a car and another 20 min before being acknowledged. During... that time the woman who was suppose to take our order took a smoke break . Then says it will be a few more minutes. 10 carsbehind us. She claimed only 1 sandwich maker working. Dining room seemed dirty, fingerprints all over the glass, stuff on tables from earlier customers, tables not wiped. Soda... machine was out of two flavors. No ketchup in packets or anywhere. Fries were broken bits. Floor seemed sticky. Read more
This Wendy's consistently gets our special order correct. Last time I was in the drive through they were short staffed and a... little slow, but the employees were still friendly and patient, and the order was correct. It makes for a better customerexperience when the employees are not impatient and overwhelmed even when they're having to deal with shortages. Great job! Read more
Took about 10 minutes to get waited on inside at counter to get our order taken. Then both machines were out of ice. The... carbonation was off so none of the sodas tasted like they were supposed to, the sweet and unsweet tea was empty. To top it alloff food was very sloppily made and just not what you?d hope for from Wendy?s. Read more
