On 11-22-22 i purchased a whole half ham, 12.5 and when I got at home after driving 50 minutes to get the ham I discovered, when... I got home it was burnt. The caramel on it was scorched. I spent $129.30 for this ham and I can?t even get through to the placeto tell them that I received a bad product. I am very disappointed with honeybaked ham Burlington, North Carolina. Read more

We have bought hams here for years and have never been disappointed, until this time. Due to COVID they did not open the ham and... show us before purchasing. Because we had never turned one away in the past we didn?t bother to check this when we got home. OnChristmas Day, we took it out of the packaging 30 minutes before serving, as recommended, and were hit with a very distinctsmokey scent! It was charbroiled black on the outside, will none of the usual crystallized sugar dripping from the pieces! Itwas too late to do anything about it so we embarrassingly served this disgusting looking and smelling ham! It was very dry, butthankfully our guests were very gracious and didn?t let it ruin our meal! This one completely missed any quality control andappears to have caught fire during cooking, or was forgotten and was way, way over cooked! I will never drop $83 for a ham hereagain until I can check it out before brining it home!! Read more
Family referred me to the company. They had great reviews. I made a reservation online for a red velvet cake. Received the... confirmation email. Went to pick up the cake at the appointed time & was told they were out. When I told them I had areservation and email confirmation, I was basically told it wasn?t their problem. No, apology or anything. An email or phonecall that they were out would have been appreciated. The associate asking if I wanted to substitute the red velvet for somethingelse would have been appreciated. An apology would have been appreciated. The associate looking at me as if asking why I?m stillstanding there holding up the line was the tipping point. First & last time visiting.
