Very loud older woman working in the back complaining about customers still coming in the lobby mexico.. And the customer in... question was here picking up an online order. I will not be back the worse experience ever at a taco bell order a number 1 taco bell Supreme combo got 3 extra small taco no... Supreme at plus I ordered a burrito Supreme with no onion they gave me with nothing but a few beans so basically I got abean burrito. Food is consistently made wrong. Lobby has been closed the last three times I?ve come so no way to get correct food without... going through the drive-through again- which is always really slow. Don?t waste your time, save money driving to anotherlocation rather than sit in the drive through only to get incorrect food. Read more
Staff is very moody, it's being 3 occasions that they missed including items bought and paid for, I have to return there for... incomplete order. I won't come back, DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!! Went to Taco Bell on Huffman Mill Rd, purchased the Deluxe Chalupa box, the chalupa shell was stale, the burrito tortilla was... old. I won't be going back to that location again. This isn't the first time we have gotten sub standard food there. Read more
I called to tell them that my nacho bell grande had no cheese on it and the big African American girl is the one that answered... the phone and the one who took my order i remember her voice and when i finished talking she said man as if she was annoyed andhung up in my face? i called back and no one answered then someone took the hook off the phone so i got line busy. I used the Taco Bell app to place my order and usually pick it up through the drive-thru. The drive-thru experience is always... pleasant, the staff are always smiling and speak directly to you and look you in your eyes. However, going inside. Not so much.The lack of service when I'm standing at the counter and no one addresses me until I say excuse me several times, somebody willjust reluctantly walk over and ask me what do I want. I tell them I had an app order and it wasn't even ready and it told me itwould be ready at a specific time. I waited for that specific time before going in and they ended up making my order right thenand there. The staff inside is not friendly at all. The food is good though. Read more
