They told me I had to get out at 8:35 even tho they closed at 9 . I said you close at 9 right ? They was like yeah but it's only... two of us we need to close early . I've worked at Subway. The store hours are suppose to be the store hours you don't getimmediately off shift at the time the lobby closes bc that's how it is in fast food . Cleaning and such takes a little timeafter the lobby closes big deal ???????? what if I was going to buy something in the next 10 minutes I'm not allowed bc they areabout to close foh about to close doesn't mean closed ???? Just got done eating here and I have some things to say. There were 2 young Hispanic girls there today. Both of them were rude... and extremely unprofessional. They barely spoke and didn?t even say anything directly to me when I was the only one there untilone of them FINALLY decided to make my sub. The other one started making a pickup order, while making the pickup order sherealized that she put mustard on it instead of mayonnaise. Once she realized this she decided to WIPE IT OFF with a NASTY napkinand then said ?if I add enough mayo they won?t even notice?. Although this wasn?t even my food, this rubbed me the wrong way,what if the person picking up the order was allergic to mustard? After this disgusting encounter we were checked out and thenthe one who made our sub through the receipt at me. While we were eating I also noticed the one who made the pickup order wipeher nose WITH HER GLOVED HAND and then proceed to IMMEDIATELY PUT HER HAND ON THE SANDWICH SHE WAS MAKING!!! Absolutelyridiculous, needs better management, they need to be fired, and someone there needs to learn how to actually clean. Read more
Today I went to subway , inside the Walmart . Man who was making it added 2 onion rings , like everything 2/3 pieces . I told... him add bit more , he says do you want I should charge extra , I got bit upset , I said ok and then decided not to put otherveggies I l add at home and at the end when he charged , he added 2$ extra ,not for onion because there was no option may be butfor cheese . Have had multiple negative experiences with the staff. I walked in today just to buy some cookies. There were two young ladies... working and they were both making sandwiches. I didn?t mind waiting, but the fact is neither one of them even acknowledged me.They looked at me, and then kept working. They Didn?t speak at all. So I left. On another occasion, (at the same subway withone of the same young ladies) she was sitting behind the counter on her phone, and again looked at me, and didn?t speak. I askedwas she open and she finally said yes and finished what she was doing on her phone before helping me. Pretty poor customerservice. Read more
Went into this Subway to grab a quick lunch. While I was in line, the person in front of me was extremely rude to the employee... working who seemed to be the only person working at the time. I would never speak to a stranger the way this lady spoke to theemployee. The employee handled this customers disrespect very professionally and tried to get the rude customer out quickly.Remember, be kind to the people who chose to show up. Read more
My mom had knee surgery a week ago and was on crutches. She went to sit at the subway While I tried to go get a scooter so she... could shop. She was told that per the manager she couldn?t sit there unless she ordered something. Mind you, she was oncrutches. She mentioned she was just waiting for me to get a scooter but that didn?t matter.
