I am disgusted with what my son had to deal with this evening... He found a fly on his meatball sub... They gave us a refund,... which will return to his card is 3 business days... Walked in at around 3:45pm. Stood in line for a a about a minute or two. Person comes from the back to tell me, just me, that... they are closed. Door was unlocked, no sign. Hours on the door said they close at 9. Unsure what the reason but will not go backwhich apparently is okay with these people. Read more
The store was supposed to be open at 9 and the open light was on but the doors were still locked at 9:15. The worker knew we... were standing at the door but did not acknowledge us and deliberately ignored us. Very poor customer service.. I would stronglyadvise going to another subway. Read more

If I could give this place 0 star I would. It was the worst subway I have ever gone to. I don?t know if I was on the wrong side... of town, but it was horrible. The so-called manager there was throwing a fit and walked out. The young man that was workingdidn?t know what the heck he was doing and the short young girl was definitely rude and didn?t care if I asked her for somethingand she just totally ignored me. I do not recommend this place one bit, or at least this subway. The boy working also did notcharge me correctly, but I did not have time to argue with him so I just decided to pay and leave by the way I never got mysalad I asked for. Read more
