I visited this location on a Sunday afternoon and it was very busy. Not a lot of seating space and line was nearly out of the... door. The drive thru wrapped around the building, making it very difficult to even get in the parking lot. I ended up parkingin the Chili's lot next door and walking through the bushes. Given the mass of customers, the employees were handling it well,but I'm not sure that it is the type of place I would want to hang out or study. I made the stop while traveling along i40, andwith all of the busyness the stop was not as quick as I hoped, but I could have also just timed by stop poorly. Read more

This is by far, HANDS DOWN The very best Starbucks I have ever experienced, and I have visited literally hundreds of Starbucks... across the country. Went through the drive-through, this morning, and ordered ordered a tall, extra dry cappuccino and a Grandeshaken espresso with whole milk....Yes, this was a two drink Monday morning (I'm a realtor who requires caffeine, lol)... Thestore has been recently renovated and they are tweaking their new machine, trying to get it just right, so the barista took thetime to personally walk my cappuccino over to the drive-through window, explained the machine situation, handed it to me andasked me to check and make sure that the foam was to my liking, since I had ordered it extra dry. Of course it was perfect, soI paid for my order, drove away and finished my cappuccino to my cappuccino. I started on my shaken espresso and realized thatit was a bit too sweet for me to enjoy, so I circled back, parked and went into the store and explained the situation. The 1stbarista was was extremely kind and and said they'd be happy to fix it. Then, The other barista who was the one who hadoriginally made my drinks overheard the situation and came over and immediately offered to remake the entire drink, which Ithought was super sweet but not necessary and I didn't want to waste the orig drink, so I asked if she would just make an extrashot with a little bit of milk to cut the already made drink. She happily did so and even remembered that my drink had wholemilk, which was impressive, considering that was 15 minutes ago and probably 2,465 drinks ago.Then, the manager who hadoverheard, walked over just to check and make sure everything was OK. Also, I might mention, that this store always has thecleanest restrooms, well stocked shelves, and cleanest tables and floors of any store I have visited, recently. What can I say? It's Starbucks!! Always fantastic!! Wow!! I'm sorry to say it but my last visit was horrible. And I don't say... this lightly!! However, I waited in line for about 20 minutes with just 4 cars in line counting mine. Then when I finally gotto the pickup window I waited another 10 minutes for a mocha Frappuccino. When I finally got it, it was half mixed. More icethan everything else and tasted horrible. I was so disappointed. I would not recommend this star bucks until they train theirhelp or get new help.
