The food is as good as Sonic has ever been, and the staff are nice. I put a lower rating because it isn't really Sonic anymore,... it's just a drive through. They don't take orders at the stalls anymore, and for me that was a great part of the experience. Imiss parking my car and my food coming out on roller blades. Without that, it just isn't the same. I wish I would have took a picture of it but when they brought me my cheese fries it was a slice of cheese laying on some fries... and the fries were not even hot enough to melt the cheese. I got a cheeseburger because it looked really good in the picture buttheir pictures are very deceiving because it was nothing like the picture it was a very flat Burger with a crumb of bacon on itwhen it was supposed to be a bacon cheeseburger. I got my son a hot dog he took one bite out of it and said he didn't want itbecause it was cold. I took it back to the staff and the guy who took it laughed and said that is crazy. So I asked him to justreplace it with shredded cheese and chili when he brought me my fries back it barely had any shredded cheese or chili I don'tknow if they were low on them too things or what but it didn't have none. Worst Sonic locations I?ve ever been to. This deserved a 0 star rating. Food and service was absolutely terrible and not worth... the time and money spent. Even the store manager at this location was incredibly rude along with the associates working. Thislocation is consistently out of items. Save yourself the hassle and just drive the 30 minutes to Greensboro if you want a goodSonic experience. Read more
Loved the coney dog and tater tots. Grands loved the buffalo chicken bites so much that they told their parents that they have... to go back soon. Very friendly staff. True the speakers didn't work so we had to get out our car and go in but over all a goodexperience. Read more
The dine in was not open and the restrooms were locked. I hate going to places that can't keep basic customer necessities... available. The food was warm though and the lady who took our order was very nice. There is obviously no covid restrictionsgoing on because none of the employees are wearing a mask so why does the dine in need to be close?! Read more
This place is DISGUSTING!! If I could leave 0 stars I would! I paid $24.00 for two meals and wanted to throw up after the first... bite. My chicken tenders look like fish nuggets!!! And the bread on my burger was not even toasted at all !! Shut this placedown !!!! Now I?m ordering pizza! Read more
If I could give no stats I would! I work in a restaurant and I know the struggle but this was the single WORST experience I have... ever had. The food was terrible and the service was worse! They claim to be understaffed but had all of 4 orders. In the time wewaited I watched cars for through the drive-thru! We had wrote a review previously but then was forced to wait another 30minutes for lackluster products! I missed my movie due to this and was still hungry and thirsty! It was a shameful experience! Ihave never been so upset at a food chain before, I will never be back! After arriving and parking in a stall we waited for over30 minutes with no change. Upon arrival there was no one in the other stalls and 2 cars in the drive through. We were onlyserved after knocking on the kitchen door to get workers attention. Even then we were forced to wait another 15 minutes! I amhighly disgusted at the quality of service and lack of care from the workers at this establishment! With service like this I amguaranteed to never come back and I will be telling everyone about this horrid experience! Read more
Wishing I could give negative stars here! If you don't serve at the little windows why are they lit up and seemingly functional?... I waited 15 minutes and finally went inside for the worst food I've had in a very long time. Short staffing has nothing to dowith poor food quality a general lack of customer service.
