Food was delicious, service a little slow, but that was ok.

This meal was terrible. Almost $30 for this dinner plate of Teriyaki Chicken and Steak that comes with Salad (didn't even get... that), Chicken (tasted like rubber) and Steak and Soup (both of these were ok), with rice and noodles (both was overcooked), andvegetables (mainly onions). side order of Shrimp (was like hard plastic) and the broccoli came with it (it was burnt). SERIOUSLY the slowest service of ANY restaurant in the area, but the food is actually pretty good.

Their food is awesome, but if they say itll be ready in 20 minutes it means 45 minimum. One time I apllied that rule, still... waited another hour at the register, and listened to the waitress say more cuss words and talk about all the things "she aintdoin" because the dishwasher refuses to retire. Apparently it was his fault somehow. But we just called them on 3 differentphones 30 minutes before they closed and each time the same girl answered, said the store name twice, and immediately hung uplike it was a bad call. It was an obvious ploy to discourage any more taleout orders. It didnt surprise me one bit sadly.. Ithink Im done with them. Read more

I?ve been to this location multiple times & I always order the same thing (hibachi chicken, hibachi chicken & rice). I usually... don?t have a problem other than occasionally waiting an extra 20-30 minutes past the time the food should be done. But today wasthe last straw for me. I get home & the plates were only half full. I?ve never received a plate like this & I order here often.Instead of trying to make it right, they argue with me over the phone. I tried to ask for a refund but the guy kept sayingthat?s a full plate over & over. I did not want to drag my kid back out & drive 15 minutes just for them to look at my plates.Will never be ordering from this restaurant again. Very unprofessional Read more

Wont eat here ever again. I was cussed out by a waitress when checking out. She got frustrated when splitting the bill. She then... proceeded to cuss me out and say extremely hostile things towards me in front of everyone in the restaurant, while the rest ofthe staff stood behind the counter giggling amongst each other. Worth the time and money to go elsewhere as the waitressesworking there seem to have issues with explosive anger. I have never in my life been spoken to the way the lady checking me outspoke to me. Worst Japanese food and terrible service. First, I had to call twice; I was put on hold immediately both times. I phoned from... inside my work, and my GPS stated a 6-minute drive. I was on hold the entire time, and I walked in still on hold. The girl atthe counter gave me a lot of excuses which were all very unprofessional. The place had 2 customers in it - that's it! Afterwaiting 25-minutes for our food, it was of poor quality, if was small amounts, and it was not what we ordered. The Hibachi steakand shrimp wasn't Hibachi at all, just grilled. The Hibachi steak was little tid bits as if you were feeding a child bites oreven your pet, and it was cooked medium-well instead of medium-rare. The rice was just steamed rice, no egg, nothing. Thevegetables were only onions, and the salad was so chintzy it was pathetic. The Hibachi chicken also ordered was not hibachi, andthey were miserly with the chicken. You could tell the food was of cheap and poor quality. They charged me the wrong prices aswell. My friend and I will never go back, and I cannot recommend this place. Read more

The chicken and steak dinner combo was delicious. We ordered it to go and was plenty for 2 people to share. Always very good.
