My children are absolutely love Papa John?s and I?m willing to drive to the S. Church St., Burlington location because they have... good service. Morgan is so friendly and very accommodating when one of the cooks messed up my order she managed to make it right?? Ordered delivery and the guy on the phone, Caleb, was bluntly rude to my wife who was just asking why our order would take over... a hour to deliver despite us being five minutes away from the store! We asked if it would be quicker for us to just pick it upand he said to not even bother and that it would be delivered when it was delivered. This was Monday evening and I'm stillfurious over how he acted! On top of that, the pizza wasn't even how we ordered it. Why would I pay the extra price for astuffed crust pizza is your gonna deliver us a regular undercooked pizza with barely any cheese?
