No one was up front to greet customers. The guy that came to the front to take orders didn't really know what he was doing and... looked like he just got out of bed. The others was walking around real slow with their blouses hanging out of their pants. WhenI ordered my hamburger with only extra mustard,ketchup and pickles and no onions, I opened it up and it had onions on it NOEXTRA MUSTARD,KETCHUP,PICKLES. THERE WERE OTHERE CUSTOMERS THAT WAS TALKING BAD ABOUT THEIR EXPERIENCE WITH THEM ALSO. THEHEADQUARTERS REALLY NEEDS TO STRAIGHTEN THAT PLACE UP AND REQUIRE THE EMPLOYEES TO GO DRESSED BETTER AND TO FOLLOW THE CUSTOMERSORDER OF THE WAY THEY ORDER THEIR FOOD! I USE TO WORK IN RESTURANTS AND THE CUSTOMER MAKES THE EMPLOYEES PAYCHECK BY COMING INAND BUYING THE FOOD THE WAY THEY ORDER IT. THE PLACE IS YUCKY! NEED BETTER EMPLOYEES! FOLLOW DIRECTIONS! A employee yelled across the restaurant at me from behind the counter. We had our number tower on our table. We also had put... our table # on our order at the Kisok. He yelled across the restaurant for us to come and get our order. I guess he didn't haveany parents to raise him. Teach him manners, common sense - courtesy - respect. Read more
They got orders correct, even not adding pickles to a burger. But the store was filthy and an employee was eating while handling... food. It was unhygienic at best. Read more
Will not go back to this establishment. The French fries taste like they rarely change the grease and my hot fudge Sunday( when... you can get one)tasted like chocolate syrup instead of hot fudge. They're food upsets my stomach due to the grease. Otherlocations I have been to are way better than this one. This place needs to be shut down. Read more
I love McDonalds but this experience at this location left me dissatisfied. I placed an order at the drive thru and paid with my... app unfortunately I was billed and then told by a drive thru worker that they didn?t have the items to make my food. I asked fora refund very politely and was told that I could do so in the app. I asked how to do it and the person really didn?t have aclue. The tone was very I don?t really care to help you. All I would?ve appreciated was a refund or some way of getting helpwith one. Neither option was offered. I can say I won?t be coming back to this location. Read more
Horrible! Absolutely nothing was fresh. The fries I received was cooked with old grease, I asked if they had fresh ones coming... up. They gave me new ones that looked like the old ones I gave back. Manager or staff never greeted anyone, the look on everyoneface was I am ready to go. I am closer to the McDonald's on N. Church St. but they're being renovated. I will choose to drive tothe McDonald's in Graham on the next trip. Do better! Read more
Awful! Absolutely horrible! Paid for 2 cheeseburger happy meals and both only contained 1 fry and a bag of apples!!!! Also... ordered Dr Pepper and was given a flat diet mysterious soda. Never go to this McDonald?s! And if you do be ready to get deathlysick with a mysterious soda virus! Read more
