Visited Huffman Mill Rd location on 10/22/22 after 1pm and orded at drive thru. Two 3 piece chicken tender combos both with... french fries, unsweetened tea and a diet Pepsi. Simple. I wasn't asked about sauce so when I got up to the window, I asked forthe buffalo ranch sauce. I was told there was an extra charge. I paid for one sauce and drove home. What I got: Each boxcontained two thighs and a drum stick. One box had french fries the other had mashed potatoes and gravy (threw those away!) drinks were correct. I called KFC to report my experience- The person taking orders is not paying attention or something iswrong with the speaker at the drive thru. The manager apologized. I gave two stars instead of one because it was partly my faultthat I arrived home with the incorrect order. I didn't check my ticket or the meals I was given before leaving the store drivethru. I was charged for two 3 piece chicken meals instead of the tenders I ordered. Telling me I needed to pay extra for dippingsauce should have been the tip off that my order was taken incorrectly. Today was the first time in years I've been to any KFC.I only went today because the friend with me wanted KFC for lunch. I will not return. Read more
Just had the worst experience. Going through the drive through, I order a chicken sandwich combo with fries. Should be a quick... order right? Nobody else in line behind me and nobody else at the order screen but they still ask me to pull around. I don'tget that. I pull around and there I sit. For almost 10 minutes until I finally go inside and inquire about my order. Restaurant has 2 other people in it btw so not busy. They had no idea where my order was. At this point I just asked for arefund. They gave it to me but no apology, nothing. Customer service at its finest! Read more
The best KFC so far that I've had in NC. Their original chicken is similar to what you would generally fly to KFC Bahamas or... Jamaica for, actually has herbs and spices. Please don't fall off. Now to get the Crispy Chicken and Fries recipe down ???? Read more
If you a fan of KFC, then I guess you will enjoy it. I think this will be my last visit to a KFC: - They serve food in plastic... bags, even if you are dining in - the corn is gross - the chicken is so greasy it drips everywhere - only fountain soft drinks;no milk to counteract the heartburn I will inevitably get from this meal - specific to this branch: it looks like the buffet ispermanently "temporarily closed". Pretty good. Food was good. Staff was nice. The table we sat at was nasty, so I cleaned it off myself. So we could eat. I leaned... that with the family meal you can get a jug of any drink you want no only tea so that was cool. Just clean the tables off betterfor 5 stars from me. Read more
I was really impressed with the service and quality of food. Even though the restaurant seemed to be short staffed and dealing... with a sudden influx of afternoon customers. Every team member was friendly and the food came out pretty quick. Tamika was mycashier and she was very friendly and brightened my day. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was juicy and very flavorful. Iwill be back. Read more
