Went in to the Maple Ave Burlington NC. KFC and order an original eight piece dinner and to go after driving away we started to... eat and and noticed we got crispy instead of original and we had no forks. How are we supposed to eat the mashed potatoes andcole slow?? We were about 20 minutes from the store and two hours from home. Common sense tells you that more likely then notthat if an order is to go, you'll need forks. I guess I'll have the mashed potatoes and cole slow for lunch tomorrow. Read more
Went to this kfc this morning got sixteen piece meal only got wings legs and two breast no thighs biscuits were so hard you... could knock a brick wall down with them.. never again at this location will go to Huffman Mill Toad from now on..very unfriendlypeople working there sorry excuse for a place that sales chicken Read more

I finally tried their chicken sandwich. It was Pretty... Pretty... Pretty, good. This happened to be freshly cooked because it... was still temp-hot. Not bad at all. I also ordered an 8 piece original chicken....... wait for it............ None of thechicken had salt in it's seasoning. I'm not kidding. Someone prepared the seasoning but it didn't have ANY salt in the mixture.Weird. Read more
Took 30 mins in the drive thru while nobody inside & no one in line. Refused to give me a coleslaw. They gave me the wrong food... which I didn't find out till I got home 20min drive away. & they gave me nasty undercooked cold fries that were dumped in thebottom of the box. & sad soggy chicken. We stopped in for a lovely meal today. The restaurant was clean and not very busy at all. The food was hot, and quite delicious.... We had the chicken tenders meal with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. The customer service was quite friendly and fast. Idefinitely look forward to coming back for another lunch! Read more
