Went to your Burlington NC store today at 8:30pm with my daughter. We were told the store was closed. We went to our car and... when we drove past, they had let 2 other customers in the store and we?re serving them. This is not fair and wonder why this isallowed at this store. Read more

I rarely go out to eat anymore and yall just made ???? my one stop splurge feel completely a waste of money. I entered the store... not one of the 4 employees said hello. ???? Then no one said anything at all I ordered and was still not spoken to except toask if I wanted chips . Took this to work as a treat for my lunch ,boy was that a mistake . The bread was like a ???? bagelstough exterior. The lettuce was brown and the 3 slices of meat made me feel completely annoyed ???? ????. I ordered the #5 Vito's at the Burlington, NC location. The bread tasted stale and looked old. I have been to numerous Jimmy... John's and the bread has always been fresh tasting. With a new Jersey Mike's nearby, I will be getting my subs from them insteadof my local Jimmy John's and sharing my experience with Burlington neighbors. I ordered two sub's one with extra mayo and one with heavy mayo. I had to keep telling them to add more mayo to one of the... sub's then the girl ringing up the order said we have packs of mayo at the end of the counter. The girls making the sub's hadan attitude and was not wanting to do what I asked. If I ask for heavy mayo that is what I want and not for me to take a mayopack home with me. I really don't like to give low ratings but in this case I felt I had to give 3 stars. The food is great. I loved it. However,... this visit, as well as another not too long ago, the customer service was way off. I had placed an order online well in advanceand given a time I'd be there to pick it up. Yet when I got there they had not even started on it. Instead of starting to get myorder ready they continued filling orders to people in line and people coming in after me. I waited quite a while to finallyget my order. Thus the 3 stars. They did give me an extra cookie though. Read more
Great sub shop with friendly staff. My husband and I needed a snack so we got the unwhich sandwiches which are wrapped in... lettuce. They were delicious and fast! Great location, easy to find, and right off the interstate. Lots of parking too! Read more
Update... been awhile since ordering, but as usual a top notch sub (Gargantuan), top notch service in the entire process and... insanely freaky fast delivery on a Saturday afternoon no less. No offense to other local restaurants as we support quite a few,but THIS is why JJ's is still the best for what I like. You guys simply kill it! Read more
