Went to your Burlington NC store today at 8:30pm with my daughter. We were told the store was closed. We went to our car and... when we drove past, they had let 2 other customers in the store and we?re serving them. This is not fair and wonder why this isallowed at this store. Read more

I rarely go out to eat anymore and yall just made ???? my one stop splurge feel completely a waste of money. I entered the store... not one of the 4 employees said hello. ???? Then no one said anything at all I ordered and was still not spoken to except toask if I wanted chips . Took this to work as a treat for my lunch ,boy was that a mistake . I ordered the #5 Vito's at the Burlington, NC location. The bread tasted stale and looked old. I have been to numerous Jimmy... John's and the bread has always been fresh tasting. With a new Jersey Mike's nearby, I will be getting my subs from them insteadof my local Jimmy John's and sharing my experience with Burlington neighbors.
