Webb Ave location, Burlington, NC. Door was locked @ 8:10 pm. No signage about closing early. Drive thru was open. Several... vehicles in front of us. Cashier rang order up correctly but it was made wrong. Did not call back. Live too far away to return. Will not visit again. Read more
Service and quality of food has really gone down hill. This establishment can't get proper help and the ones working the drive... thru can't get orders right. Very disappointed. This location needs to be condemned. Read more
I would give this zero stars if I could. I have been here a couple of times and when it's that same cashier (Tracy) through the... drive through, she ALWAYS rude. I was behind another car and could hear her being nice and speaking, but I drove up, she wasjust looking at me through the window before rolling her eyes and walking off. She didn't even tell me how much my order was shejust stuck her hand out waiting for me to hand her the card. I had large order and asked her for a hand full of ketchup and sheonly dropped one in the bag before crumbling the bag up and handing it to me. Read more
Didn't have alot to choose from on the menu because they were out of items and only had 2 employees working.
Breakfast never tastes fresh. Tator tots taste like they are full of grease. Biscuits are hard. Steak is dry and old like... it's been sitting up under a warmer all day. Read more
We received coupons in the mail and a few were for fresh fried chicken. It's been a while since we had fried chicken so we... decided we would try theirs. The coupon was for 10 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, 5 biscuits and sweet tea. Everything waswonderful! The best friend chicken I have had in a long time. We got mashed potatoes/gravy and coleslaw for our sides. I amnot a big coleslaw eater but wow it was delicious. The biscuits were nice and fluffy and the sweet tea was perfect. Not toosweet like other places are. This will definitely be my go to place when I am wanting good fried chicken. Read more
As I said before some of the people are very nice. With a smile. I like their chicken when it is fresh & hot.
