Our waiter was awesome! But you could tell this place is short-staffed. Food took over 30 minutes, with each plate coming out... one at a time every 10 minutes, the last plate came when everyone else was already done eating so it was sent back & taken offthe bill. Let me start off by saying the service was fantastic and the the people took excellent care of us on our visit. I ordered the... boneless wings with two different types of sauce which was an additional charge for each sauce. I have eaten at many wings spotsand never paid additional for sauce. Once they arrived, which took a hot minute let's say there was a lack of sauce. I wouldhave normally have said something, but we had already been waiting for some time. I also found them them to be overly breadedand lacking taste, but that could be due to the suace issue. On a positive note the side of chips were cooked perfectly. I haveworked in a restaurant and understand things happen. That is why I am providing this review to hopefully improve the nextcustomers experience. Absolutely nasty. Soggy, grocery store frozen wings that look and taste like they were cooked in a microwave. We actually threw... them out after one bite. Gross. Read more

They need to hire/train better servers. The point of a server is to serve. Gabby I would unfortunately not recommend. We had to... ask several times to get a refill. We ordered bottomless chips and she brought one basket with the meal then gave us our check.I asked for lemon in my water and got a tiny lemon peel added that was smaller than my finger nail. They brought 4 ranches forthe chips, the salad, the kid wings, and all 25 wings. The carrots and celery never made it to the table. She never came back tosplit the check so we waited at the front desk and ultimately another server gave us our to go boxes and split our check.HORRIBLE SERVICE. The food was good. Read more

We placed an order of 15 bone in wings and paid extra for all flats. It's a good thing the order was checked before we left... because there were more drumettes than flats. Not to mention we ordered them with mild sauce and once we got to the bottom itwas all grease. Read more

Usually I have an amazing experience, but lately it hasn?t been so well. I normally get wings from here at least 2x a week.... Sometimes 3 to the point they know my order when I get there to pick it up. This particular time, I placed my order on line andcalled to let them know I would like my wings wet because they haven?t been the last few times. The girl reassured me they wouldbe. This place is way better than Buffalo Wild Wings. The food tastes better and things taste like they are done from Scratch. The... service can be slower at times but it?s covid and staff is short. The wing sauces all allow you to choose a level of heat anddon?t go to hot if you can?t handle it. I like hot foods and I don?t think I could do an entire plate of insanity wings.
