The new workers are kind of not good. I remember paying for the amount of ice cream I usually get but at the end when they were... scooping it up I only got half of it but had to pay for the full amount. Plus I'm big on food waste and have never seen someonedo that with ice cream at cold stone before. Half of the ice cream scooped up on the stone was just left there while the otherhalf was put into a bowl and I still had to pay for all of it. Read more
Two weeks to Aug. 27th, 2022, I walked into ColdStone in Burlington, NC and ordered a large rectangular Rainbow Sprinkle Road... cake for my son's birthday and a small round Strawberry Passion cake for my husband's birthday as well. When I went to pick upthe cakes from the store, I was shocked and disappointed. They looked horrible, recklessly decorated and disgusting. The box wasdirty. My party was a few hours away. When I complained about it to the lady who attended to me, that she kept saying shewasn't the one who made it. How could I present these to my guest? I had already paid for them (about $86) at the time ofordering. This was a very terrible moment for me. My heart was really broken by this experience. I recently took my children here during the mask wearing rule. We all followed the rule however a separate group came in without... masks. When they were advised by the employees that they needed masks to be inside. The group was verbally rude to the coldstone crew. This did not shake up the staff as they went outside of the store and took the groups order. They staff wasextremely friendly the whole time in dealing with the unmasked group. The staff was also great in dealing with my children andtheir slow decision making process. I was very impressed and I will be back. Whoever said chick-fil-a has the best service hasclearly never been to this cold stone creamery. Read more
Typical Cold Stone, just what you would expect. Good ice cream, teenage servers, quick in and out time - as ice cream should be.... There is one issue with this specific location, it closes early every night. Multiple times have showed up 5 minutes belowclosing and the door is locked and they won?t let me in. Not to mention all the times on their site are wrong saying they closeat 11 PM. When you show up at 9:56 and can?t even get in when the door says 10pm, that is ridiculous. Read more

My wife used doordash to place an order here. I ordered apple pie a la mode with Graham cracker crust, cinnamon, caramel, and... whipped topping. 30 some dollar order for 2 ice creams. Instead of Graham cracker crust walnuts were used. Thank god i gave myson the first bite. Chock full of walnuts that im allergic to. They forgot my wifes waffle bowl. Call the store n the young ladysays sorry nothing i can do. Contact doordash. Doordash says nothing they can do so basically an ice cream i cant eat for 13.00n my wife doesn't get what she paid for. Completely unacceptable in my opinion. Even if we ordered thru doordash the store madethe mistake but passes the problem. Im Completely dissatisfied with this transaction. I was basically stolen from.UNACCEPTABLE. The picture is all the walnuts from less than first half. This could have killed me. Thanks for nothing to theyoung lady that answered the phone. Read more
