Had an online order to pickup here (30 min before I showed up here, booked for the exact time I showed up). I stood in line and... watched the two guys who were making the online orders. First they were slowly making orders ~5 or so at a time while a largecrowd of us waited and then would allow us to wait more until they would bag all of them at once when their station got toocluttered. Then the one man just walked away for multiple minutes during the dinner rush, came back, and loaded several bagswithout any gloves on. Then the second man answered a phone call while he continued ?working? until finally he walked away fromthe job as well. in the end, waited over 20 minutes with a crowd of people while the regular line moved MUCH faster. Also theydidn?t call out the names as they placed orders on the shelf so we all had to just crowd around and keep walking up to checkwith every new bag. I have never seen a chipotle run this terribly. The garbages were all overflowing inside, most of the stuff by the drinks was... empty, every table was also dirty, and outside was full of garbage too(there were no cans outside). We ordered online when wegot there because the line was just about out the door and figured it would be quicker but we were very wrong... We ended upwaiting almost half an hour longer than our food was supposed to be ready. Now one might just say there were understaffed butthey were not. There were three people making online orders, one on the line for incoming customers, one person at the registerand at least three people cooking. All that being said our food was still delicious but these things really leave a bad taste inmy mouth. I don't know what is going on here but something needs to be done. Read more
We cannot say enough good things! We are a food allergy family. This location was super knowledgeable with food allergies. The... kind manager went above and beyond to make sure we would get safe meals for my family. We have always loved the taste ofchipotle, however this is the best experience and service we?ve ever had at any chipotle location. Also. I?m currently waiting at chipotle we placed an ordered around 6:18 and it said it should be ready by 6:30. IT IS 7:50 and we... still have not gotten our food. The employees look low energy and it just feels like they have given up (I work at fast food, soI?m understanding but anything past 10-20mins is crazy) Read more
SOOO I have to change my recent review. The staff is here is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY UNORGANIZED and I would even question... their education. How incompetent can you be to screw up a order so badly? A online order at that and thennnnn on top of thecalamity we were given this!!! A UNCOOKED quesadilla that i was charged EXTRA for since it was suppose to be steak... oh my kidsmeal who I ordered for my starving child was missing fruit... totally UNACCEPTABLE and we will NEVER support this establishment.Chipotle has fallen off and that staff who were working yesterday evening all need to be written up and disciplinary actionsneed to follow.... $40 down the drain, thanks for absolutely nothing....
