I tried to order lunch here but was ignored alongside other customers for about 5 minutes before I eventually left and spent my... money elsewhere. I?m only writing today because I?m tired of the 20+ chances I?ve given this location to redeem their poor work ethic and... attitude. Every day I go through the drive through at this BK there?s a different problem. Then, there?s the extra attitudewhich is not appreciated. Please keep in mind my criticism does not imply all staff members. The drive thru crew has beensub-par for about two years. If they don?t change their attitude & work ethic, the new McDonalds and BoJangles that are beingbuilt down the block will make them change and be better. Read more
3rd time in a row I?ve got my order wrong. I don?t eat red meat. I always order impossible whopper and 8 jalapeños bites. I... manage a fast food restaurant so I understand the under staff situation. But the wait is always long and the order is wrong. Thecashier didn?t even know my order when I pulled up to the window I had to repeat my order twice and still got it wrong. I got acheese burger and small order of fries and small order of jalapeños bites. Cashier looked in my bag and made sure so I thoughtthey must?ve gotten right this time but nope.
