I was excited about the Bojangles on N. Church is coming. I was like, great, they are finally putting restaurant on the east... side of Burlington. With the service they provided, they should not have built it. Most of the time, they are out of chicken.Go figure a chicken restaurant with no chicken. I was finally fed up. After going there for the 3rd time in 3 weeks and gettingthe same answer in the drive-thur. Quote: we are unable to take your order. We are out of chicken. No explanation, no reason whythey are out of chicken. Just rude workes standing in an empty restaurant. The outside doors are locked at 3:30 in the afternoonon a Sunday. This is the worst place ever. I have come several times for chicken usually get dark meat. I have yet to get fresh chicken. although the chicken temperature... is good pretty hot it doesn't be fresh. I can tell when it has been out a while. also sometimes it is being fried too hard. Yesterday I ordered sweet potato pies. they were not fresh. I ordered a chicken biscuit combo my fries where over cooked some what warm. Also ordered a sweet potato pie didn't get that. I... work in a restaurant I always tell other people don't give someone something that you won't eat. With this being a new locationthought they would be better. Read more
The place looked very empty. I was the only car in drive through. Sat for over 15 minutes, waiting. Saw workers inside mostly... hanging out looking bewildered. One young woman was seemingly doing all of the work...I asked a male worker how much longer it'dbe, he looked at me and grunted. I then said I'd like a refund. He said he didn't know how to do that. Then the one girl doingall the work ( manager I assume) came to the window to issue my refund. So I got NO food and lost 15 minutes of my time.Poorly run and managed. Read more
Drive thru, line was wrapped around building. Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and 1 steak biscuit, Simple as can be !! Missing a... chicken sandwich, didn't realize until we got to work. Had to go back to restaurant to get it ???? had no # to call locally tolet them know we were on our way back to fix the problem. Read more
I have visited this store on multiple occasions and the dining room hasn't been open once. There is a double drive thru line as... well. But there is only one line open. The staff at this location are unprofessional and lack customer service. This is a newstore. If there wasn't enough staff to run then I believe they should have waited until properly staffed to move forward. Itypically enjoy Bojangles food, however if this is the type of experience that is going to happen then I will take my businesselsewhere. Read more
Service is somewhat fast. Workers are friendly. This location can't seem to put seasoning on the fries for whatever reason even... when you ask for seasoned fries. I had to make a trip inside to get seasoning. I've been here 3 times since opening and not oncewas there a spec of seasoning Read more
This location will get shut down soon with the way they are running things everything I tried to order they said ?we are out?... they ain?t out they are just lazy and didn?t want to make a order then when I finally ordered something a sandwich was missingafter I specifically asked if everything was in the bag I also asked for a large drink and got a small and the wrong drink!
