Saturday was my last day working at this location, and it was horrible because of the general manager, LeShannon Womack. I was... making biscuits that day, and she was giving me a hard time because I wasn?t getting them done fast enough, but it was onlybecause there was something wrong with the oven. I had biscuits in there for the required time, 9 minutes, and they were barelycooked, so something wasn?t right with it. I tried to tell LeShannon that I was having trouble with the oven and she said shedidn?t want to hear excuses, but how am I supposed to get biscuits done fast enough if the oven isn?t working right? I saw thatthe oven was at 275 degrees Fahrenheit when it was supposed to be at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. I told her the oven was at thewrong temperature, but she wouldn?t believe me. She told me that another manager, Khadijuh, should?ve had it at the righttemperature, but she didn?t. I?m glad that was my last day working there, because LeShannon Womack does not treat employeesfairly, and therefore this place is not even worth visiting anymore. Read more
I waited more than 30 plus minutes to get my food. When I ordered my food I asked for dirty rice. They told me it would take 7... minutes to cook it. I ordered mac and cheese instead. I soon found out that was not ready neither. But they did not tell me. Ihad to pull up and wait on that. I waited so long the dirty rice was cooked and someone finally came to my car and told me themac and cheese was still not ready but the dirty rice was ready. I just shook my head and told them to give that to me instead. Needless to say the rest of my food was cold. Honestly, if I had not already paid for my food I would have left. I try not to complain but today did it for me. I said a while ago I wouldnt go back to this one but I still tried it. They are... rude and never get my order right! Then you call and they answer and put the phone down. Do not recommend. Graham always hasfresh food and really nice staff. Never again. Read more

12:10, dining room empty. 2 cars in drive through. Counted 6 workers maybe more. Waited 4 minutes to order. Waited 5 more to get... my food. Lady working cou.ter was pleasant but not very attentive or productive. Chicken was overcooked or recooked. Flavor wassub par, texture was horrible. Read more
Got 3peice white meat meal,,2 wings,,1 breast,,wings had NO meat on them,very tough and dry,similar to a small bird,,most of... what meat was on bone could not be eaten or chewed,,the breast was dry and tough,,fries and biscuit were good,,,either thecooking process is changed or chicken quality had declined,,10.00 for less than half an edible meal,,this was at 630 pm July3rd,,called store manager July 4th,person answered phone and said 3 times "another manager call already",,manager saidsorry,,they only drop cook food,,no microwaves used,,never offered refund,,won't be going back to bojangles,,also did break afront tooth eating trying to eat wings Read more
Got to the drive-up window to receive 2 Bo's chicken sandwich combos. Was told to pull ahead and wait. 15 minutes later I... received my order and was on the way home to eat lunch. First time I have EVER received sandwiches with only half a bun - bothsandwiches at that! This location used to be a decent store but it has deteriorated badly. Rude and disrespectful staff. How do you a car in front of me then pull me for a order of fries. They three people come to the... window to ask the same question, with the same response, "our timer is running, if you pull up around in spot 2 we will bring itto you. Just on Principle I decline and said you can ASK me to pull up, but I am not required to. One employee stated, " we willget reported to corporate for drive thru time if you don't move. Not trying to be a Karen, What? Did you forget about the order,it might be ready. Your Company policy is for performance reason, not a excuse. Read more
