Sometimes the phone staff are very rude, when dealing with customers. The food is superb and owners are very nice and that?s the... only reason I keep going back. I wish they just train the young ladies on how to properly answer the phone when taking ordersover the phone. Read more

My FAVORITE pizza place!!!! The staff there is so nice. I've done delivery and pick up and both experiences were great. Delivery... gets there very close to the time they tell you it will and the drivers are so sweet!! I've been a customer of theirs for aabout a year, if not longer. My teenage daughter ordered a large plain pizza and was quoted a price. We had to call back several ti.es because the delivery... took over 2 hours(2 hrs and 13mins). We asked if there would be some type of accommodation for the extremely long wait and wastold no. And no again. Once the driver finally arrived with a cold pizza, he quoted us a completely different price than therestaurant. We informed him of what we were told and was rudely told that's wrong and if we didn't want to pay almost $3 more togive back the pizza. All this after my daughter waited for two hours(12 on a Thursday)..and had to hurry to work. This place issuper unprofessional and the delivery driver is rude and nasty. This is not the first time we've had issues with this restaurantand we still patronized them. This one takes the cake. It's horrible customer service with drug addicts delivering food. Read more

This is a fantastic hole-in-the-wall Italian restaurant. Our waitress was quite friendly and the whole place has a family vibe... to it. I had the gnocchi with red sauce, and it was incredible. We went to Mario and Frank?s last night for my husband?s Birthday dinner and I?m so pleased we chose this restaurant. Everyone... there is so pleasant! Our server Mariah was wonderful and made sure everyone was comfortable and had a great dining experience!The food was amazing! Large portions so bring your appetite!
