Ordered a ham and swiss sandwich, with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and mayo. Also asked for avocado and mushrooms, which cost... extra. Sandwich was missing the mushrooms (which I was charged for), and there were only a few slices of under-ripe avocado.There were also a few pieces of onions and jalapenos in there, which I did not ask for and did not like. One of our sandwiches was missing in a sealed pickup order made by their app and I requested a refund for the missing sandwich... but I've not heard from the sandwich shop nor from the head office. I would suggest to check your orders before you head out orskip the app and order in person and see your order being made. Friendly people and good sandwich so I won't leave one star. Absolutely disappointing. Got the Turkey and Swiss and added bacon/lettuce/tomato but did not receive any of my add-ons. Only... turkey and swiss on dry bread. My boyfriend requested to remove a few of the items on his sub and they did not do that either.Overall terrible experience, especially considering the high prices. Read more
My bf grabs lunch from here almost every day while at work and sometimes he even comes home for lunch and surprises me with it!... The bread is ALWAYS fresh as are the ingredients! They have great sandwiches and the one time I had their soup ???? it wasAWESOME! Thanks for always having prompt service and delicious food!!! You guys are the best!!! Read more
I visited for lunch at this location during 2 separate occasion - with office colleagues and with family. I liked the service... and it was fast, employees are friendly and knowledgeable! One improvement to think - Sandwiches size are small for theprice! Overall, I had a good experience on a cold freezing day with excellent hot and delicious Veg Sandwiches, hot anddelicious Veggie Soup. I loved the interiors and ambiance. I will definitely be back! The one thing you should get with chain restaurants is consistency. I've eaten at Potbelly before in different states and the... food always been decent. Not awesome... but good. At this particular location the service was fast and the kids working behindthe counter making the food were courteous. As far as chain sandwich shops go Potbelly is right up there. Read more
I wish I had come here sooner. I needed something quick so I swung in here without enthusiasm. However, the experience blew my... expectations away. The sandwiches are excellent! I enjoyed the Mediterranean with chicken and it had a great balance of breadand moisture. The texture was pleasurable, and I don?t often get that experience.
