DUNKIN open at 5am every morning, I am there 6am the same rude employee told me the that oven is not warm up yet or tells me she... down one person for work, she cant cook . When I am there only 2 people waiting including myself in line, and she keeps sayingif I cook for you I have to do it for everybody else that tell she very LAZY, RUDE, and Not good in customer services. Service here is very inconsistent, The morning crew is great and the afternoon, well not so much. The two girls in the morning... are so pleasant and my coffee is perfect. The tall blonde in the afternoon is very unfriendly and more concerned with cleaningthan waiting on customers. Read more
We approach the store and it looks closed because the lights are off in the store and the Open sign is lying on a table. Donuts... racks are sparse. I ordered Avocado toast and get a thin smear of avocado and 3 tomatoes on untoasted bread and it is served ona sandwich bag because they don't have any of the usual containers for the toast. Then I ask whereabouts of the ladies room andsm told the room is closed. Very strange store. Read more
No public restrooms!? I understand at the start of the pandemic, when we were all scrambling and unsure about what to do,... closing down restrooms to limit contact points. But now, after all this time, to close bathrooms as an easier option thankeeping them clean? Lazy, shorting ur customers, and makes me question the cleanliness of other areas. Pass Read more
I went there to buy some decaf and some donuts. Most of the shelves were empty and there were no glazed donuts. The young lady... who served me was very Rude. I made my order of glazed donuts and she told me that whatever I see in the shelves was all whatthey had for the day. I made a different order. I asked the lady if they were closing early that day and her rude answer waslike "I don't know I don't close the store". Then she talked to the person who was in back room analyzing my question and sayingsome words I didn't understand. Why would people working in such a reputable company be so rude? Constantly getting the wrong order or bad service here. The two main staff that work here visibly do not care, stop to chat with... regulars, and move at a snails pace. Broken lids spilling coffee on work clothes, upcharges because they can't hear past theplexi glass, and bad attitude is all you get here. Go to Pressed or Cafe Nero where you will receive a better product withbetter service. Read more
It?s 4/7/2022 @ 7:30AM and I just left this dreary dunks after having the most rude spiteful service ever. There were two... workers. And they both had an attitude. I walked in with my son and mother and the whole place was empty, my boy just ordered alatte and English muffin so it?s not like we had an overly complicated order. When we got to the front were met with a forced?can I help you?? after giving her our order the other girl making the English muffin THREW the dang bag on the counter like shecould not stand the idea of decency towards us. Like wow, I hate playing the racist card but it?s the only thing I can think ofafter service like this. Maybe they had a problem with our headscarves? In the morning you always need to wait an additional 15+ minutes for mobile orders even when ordering well ahead of time. They... always give you shots instead of swirl (even the sticker says swirl!). Employees always bickering and fighting with each other.This place used to be much better. Read more
