Reviews for Dunkin' in Burlington, MA
This is a great place to buy coffee by the bag. Best prices in a 20 mile area
Easily the worst Dunkin? in the area. Idiotic staff that managed to both short me on my food portion (I ordered hash browns and... got about 4) but also give me an absolutely atrocious latte with burnt espresso and no flavoring. I regret paying for it! Goelsewhere! Read more
Not a good place for travelers. No trash can. Bathroom is disgusting. Passive aggressive sign near the register telling... customers to "be grateful". Food and coffee is your average Dunkin. Plenty of parking but no drive thru. Read more
Worst customer service in the world. Too many other Dunkin to even bother going to this one! The Brazilian lady in the front... made everyone else?s order before mine because I ordered online and I simply and kindly asked how long for my coffee when I camein because my food was already ready lol. It was a very nice place! The windows were hand painted with Red Sox logos
This is probably one of the best Duncans around for freshness of the pastries. The donuts are always genuinely stuffed with... filling if that's the kind you order. The store is a little older and a little more disheveled than others, but there is a nicetable or two on the sidewalk where it's usually fairly quiet and not close to traffic. Read more
So it seems they've 'new and improved' this location too, which is soooo sad, as they were the only Dunks in the area that had... fresh, delicious donuts. It was worth driving across town before that, but about 3~4 weeks ago they DEFINITELY changed theirsupplier, as have all the others around. Now the donuts are NASTY - small, no filling inside, stale... so sad. The service isstill very good, but I and quite a few people I know won't be going there any more. Dunks has forced us to look elsewhere, hurting their own people in the end. Read more
Getting 1 coffee takes way too long. I should just start making coffee at home in the morning, as stopping here is becoming more... time consuming than making a full pot of coffee. Read more
