I called and you guys stated you close at 2 pm. i got there at 1:35 Pm and the doors were locked and you guys said you closed.... atleast tell me when i called prior that you plan on closing earlier. waste of time. never will go to this location again. wentan exit down and they said all dunkins close at 2 today. im curious what made this location so special to close early whenothers are open? Routinely the worst Dunkin in the area. Iced coffee tastes bad, takes forever to make orders. Couldn?t even get 3 donuts... within 10 minutes of an online order. I try it occasionally because of the convenient location but regret it every time. Read more
The experience in this Dunkin' is unfortunately, pretty awful. I live within walking distance and have come here dozens of... times to form an opinion. Employee morale is always really bad and it translates to poor customer service. The employees alwaysseem overwhelmed and generally unequipped to deal with the job. Whatever it is, they're totally incapable of moving the lineduring a rush. God help you if your order gets lost during the stampede. It would never happen because corporate is a joke, butDunkin' should temporarily close this store for several days and retrain everyone who manages and works here. I was recentlyyelled at by an employee to "pay better attention" because the store lost my order and forgot what it was. Whoever owns thisfranchise needs to demonstrate some pride of ownership as well. I don?t usually write reviews but I have never experienced something like this. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I asked... for a iced matcha latte with oat milk and the worker put an espresso shot in it. The drink itself was brown and the matcha powerwasn?t mixed at all. Instead of adding oat milk, it was whole milk(stomach started acting up afterwards). The is the worstDunkin? I?ve ever went to and wish I didn?t waste 5 dollars. Read more
Worst sandwich I ever had. It was supposed to be a bacon black pepper sandwich . Only thing they got right was the black. I had... 3 tiny little pieces of black burned bacon . I threw it out. Maybe if one of the 4 ladies making coffee would help the poor kiddoing all the food then I wouldn't have been there 35 min waiting for my nasty burned up sandwich. I do not recommend. Read more
After waiting in line for 10 minutes (only one cashier was open) I ordered hot coffee and guess what I received : a cup full of... ice and a bit of coffee. I didn?t want to wait another 10 minutes so I walked out with my ice coffee labeled as hot coffee. Read more
This is that dunkins that you go to where the 2 people running the store are miserable and overwhelmed. The lights are always... off inside which makes the atmosphere seem depressing and the cleanliness of the store is pitiful. Both the donut and coffee Ihad gotten were bad. The coffee was burnt and not made anywhere near what I had ordered and the donut was rock hard. Read more
