I would like to start this review off by saying; The staff appear to be overworked, overwhelmed and extremely short. My... experience with this restaurant was not the best. It took about 45 minutes for me to finally get my order and when I did it waswrong. The staff are some what unprofessional and were observed yelling from the kitchen to the back using profanity and alsoyelling at one another. The burger was over cooked, the bacon was burnt, and the fries were also over cooked. We ordered acrispy chicken salad as well, my husband enjoyed the salad and said it was actually pretty good. We did get a refund due to thelong wait for our food. The lady working the front was very apologetic and tried her hardest to make it right. Gloria should be the manager at this location. She was slammed with customers waiting to order as well as customers waiting to... receive their order. Gloria manages to keep it all under control she. She was very pleasant and efficient. The kitchen wasmaking mistakes on the orders or only putting up a partial order. My shroom Swiss single with LTO pickles and mayo wasperfection. Literally the worst service I have ever had. They are yelling at each other (the workers) there is a super long line. They are... out of everything. We were finally next in line and the guy behind us brought a coffee for the lady checking us out and she tooktheir order first and I was a huge order. Let me just say that I normally don't write bad reviews BUT something definitely needs to change. I was at this same location 3... months ago and does not taste as good as it did. I'm sorry but the lady that was cooking today on 8/19 absolutely DOES NOT needto be on the grill. My bacon was left off but that's not the worse part. My hamburger meat was LESS than a half an inch thick.It was also burnt, salty, and completely un-edible. If you're in this airport I would suggest eating somewhere else. I don'tmind paying the price cause hey, all airport food is expensive but what my Daughter and I received today was totallyunacceptable. Read more

The experience I had definitely showed "You get what you pay for" in the way of their workers I encountered. Long wait time in... line while workers stood and talked/laughed about their personal lives. Would announce they could only take 4 orders at a time.Instead of cleaning or assisting the 2 kitchen workers, they continued to chit chat. I asked the cashier about the wait time andshe rudely said if I was in a rush (which I was to catch a flight after WAITING in line) then they weren't the place to eat atand then she turned her back on me. I watched a Captain and SEVERAL customers wait in line and then walk off due to 4 customerannouncement. On top of all of this, my 2 orders of fries were barely warm and the kitchen worker questioned me about thetemperature of fries. Plus, my hamburger had cheese on it which I DO NOT EAT and no cheese was on the receipt. I understandstaff shortages are common place everywhere these days; HOWEVER, unprofessionalism should not be. The food is ok. Please plan to wait atleast 30 mins. With atleast 20 mins standing in queue and 10 mins after the order.

No frill hamburgers. Good milkshakes. Takes about 10-15 minutes as they claims everything are made fresh. Staffs are friendly. ... Tastes average for burgers. Read more
