Got a large Founder?s Choice to-go. Barely had meat on half the sandwich and couldn?t really taste the teriyaki. They never answer their phone, and they don?t have call waiting so you have to call back over and over. But when we go in since... they won?t take our order over the phone, there are no customers in there and the employees are just chatting or on theirphones. 1. Absolutely no leadership on site. 2. Upon walking in, I?m told they are slammed and can?t take my order, that it would be... around an hour. I wait an hour absolutely no tickets and they are standing around talking. Upon RETURNING I?m greeted with,?Just to let you know the dining room is closed and we close soon.? The time is currently 08:16 PM, they close at 10. Anothercustomer walks in behind me as I?m paying he asks if they close soon, he is answered with ?Yeah pretty soon, he orders over $45in food they immediately belittle him as he has his back turned walking out to his vehicle to wait.? What?s going on? Beyonddisrespectful and nefarious. If you don?t want to work, quit. Simple. Horrible, fries tasted like they was 2days old an the sandwich is falling apart lol

Food was good.Service is slow, although finding help is ridiculous at this point. But the people there were polite and on... point. The cheese steak is smaller than it was.....what isn't! I ordered a 12" cheese steak and medium fry, nodrink.......$18! Penn Station is now a luxury item. Read more

Ordered the special meal and uped it the regular size verses small. Paid extra but even though I asked them if they gave us... medium fries, it was a small size. Very disappointed to pay extra and not receive what was ordered. Read more

From my experience, food is what you would expect from Penn Station. No specific complaints there. But as soon as you walk in,... you feel like you need to brace yourself so you don't slip and fall. My sister went in, got her food, turned to talk to someone,then slipped and fell. Her dress has grease and dirt stamped on it, most noticeably the grout line imprint. She washed it offher arm and leg in the bathroom cause the imprint was on there too. I get it, short staffed or the sorts with high PS sub orderdemands... but maybe gotta wear no-slip kitchen shoes to go walk in there if we're putting hygiene/cleanliness on theback-burner. Read more

I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with extra sauteed onions, salt, pepper and oregano.. and this is what I was given. I took the... order back up to the workers and politely asked for them to remake the sub (the bun was soggy with barely any cheese, no onionsat all, although I asked for extra and no seasonings) and they literally gave me this again.. would not recommend.
