Every time we go the service has been terrible. We never seem to have a good server, we stand at the register for 5 minutes at... least trying to pay. Employees walk by us, see us and ignore us. On one occasion, I ordered the salad bar, got one plate ofsalad and they closed it down afterwards. I paid $11 for one plate of salad and wasn?t offered a refund. I feel like if theyknew it was closing soon they could have let me know so that I could order something else. Another time, They sat me at a tablewhere the sun was coming in the window and there were not any blinds. You were clearly able to see the sun was blinding us andthe server never offered to have us move seats. There were plenty of other empty seats for us to sit at. When I asked to moveshe acted like we were a burden. I now purposely go out of my way to avoid to this location. The service is much better atalmost every other location in town. Read more
This frisch?s has gone really down hill. The menu changed & it?s very eh. The wait staff looked like they all just rolled out of... bed, smelly, & unfriendly. We had 3 different waitresses & they all forgot about us. We had to go take our empty cups towardsthe front to ask for refills. We weren?t complicated customers either - just a family with a toddler who was also quiet & wellbehaved. My stepdad ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders with mash potatoes? I?m pretty sure prisoners get better meals thanthat. Used to love frisch?s kinda disappointing. Read more
Savanah was very positive, helpful and attentive to our request and took the time to answer our questions. She told us about... the breakfast bar on Wednesday evenings and we were not aware that Frisch's offered this. Very pleasant experience. Read more
I have been eating at Frisch's since I was six. I'm 40. My parents and grandparents were so in love with your restaurant chain.... Unfortunately it appears that is completely over. 1st. You have no employees. So service and cleanliness is very bad at mostlocations now. The kicker was when for your 75th anniversary you removed the only thing I eat there off the menu. Well just thespaghetti noodles (so pricey????). You kept the chili and fries. This was really ignorant. I used to eat at your stores twiceand sometimes 3 times a week. Now I'll never go back. Since I'm the wealthy member of my family whom always foots the bill, noone in my entire family, will ever be back. You did not think about your customers or keeping your doors open. Cutting pastasinks you, it doesn't save much. Worst part is that I'm going to miss it. We all will. But we most certainly will never returnnow. Good luck. You will need it.
