If you don't order with the app, forget coming here during lunch. 50 min wait for bread and cheese sandwich for a 5 year old.... Turn off the app once in a while and let people walk in off the street. What happened to quality sandwiches instead of pumpingout like Subway. Bring back the old Ikes and let people wait in line. This place has no respect to people with allergies! We selected 'no cheese' option in the order because my son has a severe... dairy allergy. Then, we got a sandwich with cheese. I realized it after some portion of it was eaten and now very worried thatabout my son's situation! Never ever order again from this place. I will be suing this place if anything happens to my son. Really tasty sandwiches but always super super slow. I?d recommend calling in a half an hour ahead. I?ve had to stand there for... 20-30 minutes before waiting for a sandwich and it?s not even a lunch rush. Management needs to do better training. There?susually three people working and they?re all kind of overlapping each others work and asking each other?s questions and how todo this and how to do that. My favorite sandwich is the Floribuna, a Burlingame exclusive! Orders always take a bit longer than I expect, but I'm always... super happy to have freshly made flavor upon first bite. I might ask for half dirty sauce on my sandwich next time though, sinceit can be pretty garlicky and salty. Read more
This place has the BEST variety of tasty sandwiches! I love trying new sandwiches there and am never disappointed with the taste... or price. They definitely take a little while to make the sandwiches but trust me, they are worth the wait. The price is goodfor what you get and my personal favorite sandwich is the Floribunda on French bread. Enjoy! Read more
