The Five Guys in Burlingame has always served a great burger. On my recent visit i ordered my usual cheeseburger ???? with fries... and i can attest to the consistency of the food, tastes, presentation, and quality. Everything that i expected in a goodcheeseburger existed at Five Guys. The dining room was very clean and the customer service was outstanding. The parking was abit challenging since the location is next to Safeway, Pizza my Heart, and a shopping center. My only concern was the loudterrible music. The indoor speaker system was so loud, i had to speak loudly so my guests could hear our conversation. I highlyrecommend a visit to Five Guys. Read more
Food is probably fine, haven?t eaten yet but wanted to make a comment about the service. The guy in the black shirt who I assume... is the manager couldn?t be bothered to say ANYTHING when I came in to pick up an order. Place is dead so not busy, after 10minutes of standing there being avoided by the manager, I finally asked about my order, received a mumble and a stare and waitedan additional 10 minutes to have a milkshake made, food was ready when I walked in. Not sure what his issue is but will never beback to this location. Which sucks as someone who just moved to the area. Read more
Cashiers, chefs, and all other staff are doing a great job. I'm always welcome to this store. It's always clean, and they always... keep all kinds of sodas filled up on the machine. They are clean, they pay attention to details of my order, and they are justdoing above and beyond! I love the Five Guys on Primrose. Keep it up, guys! Read more
It seems that it?s been forever since I had eaten at a Five Guys burger shop. I had not eaten the whole day and it was nearly 6... PM and I was overdue for a nice meal. I was just walking through the neighborhood and saw the Five Guys and thought: ?it?stime?! I ordered a simple cheeseburger with all the ingredients I wanted and a small order of fries. The restaurant wasn?t busyand my burger and fries were delivered quickly and, as always, or perfectly cooked and delicious. It reminded me to not wait solong between visits to a Five Guys! Read more

I went to Fives Guys and the bill was $20.04 for a burger and fries. A bit expensive but not the worst I?ve seen. However, a... problem arose when I was paying. I paid $30 cash, and the cashier just pocketed $10 and walked off to take ?a break?. He alsogot my order wrong and I had to ask them to remake the fries. I didn?t see the cashier man again but at least his coworkersredid my fries. The burger was also very greasy and the bun was slightly soggy. I normally don?t have any issues with 5 Guys butI guess today they had underwhelming employees. Read more
