Took my family of 5 in after having been on the road for hours. It was 7:15 and they close at 8 but they had already closed... everything up. I asked if we could open a table for my kids to sit down (they already had the chairs stacked up.) They said nobecause "we close in like 40 minutes." The sandwiches were fine but we had to eat in the car in the parking lot. Not a greatexperience. We'll take our business elsewhere next time. Read more

The employee working this afternoon at 3:00 was busy working in the back when we came in. He peeked out the door window and saw... us but did not say anything just stayed in the back for about 5 minutes before finally coming to the front to help us. Heexplained that he was "really busy". We were the only customers in the store and his service was not friendly, it was borderingon rude . The bread on my sandwhich wS also stale and . Will not go back to this store again. Read more

We just had the BEST experience we have ever had at any Subway! The guys here are true artists. My husband is a "sauce guy."... They made a sandwich for him with ALL the sauces. He said it was the best sandwich he has EVER HAD! We always stop in Burleyduring our road trips. We'll be getting great sandwiches every time! Read more

They were understaffed and came in for cookies. Waited in line and when it finally got to my turn. I let the man know I just... needed cookies. Instead of getting me cookies. He turned toward the man behind me and started his food. Than started the food ofthe gal behind him. I don't understand why he couldn't of gotten my cookies first before helping the people behind me in line.Also never for my cookies because had to leave due to time crunch. Read more
