Service was absolutely horrible and that was after they gave our food out to the customer that came in after us employee argued... when I asked to speak to the manager the employee with a smirk asked condecendedly ?right now? Right now? I said yes right now?then manager shows up I asked her for the corporate number she said she didn?t know it smirked at me and walked off didn?ttrust deed food after the level of service and attitude I got I asked for the employees first names neither one would give it tome nor the manager. I ordered a sandwich for delivery. They called and said they couldn?t deliver, but could I pick it up? I said sure, but I want... my $2.50 delivery fee. They said they couldn?t do that but offered free food. Really! I cancelled my order and am still waitingfor the money to be returned to my Apple Pay. Read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. My first time ordering from this location. I ordered online an hour before the store... opened, so my order was delayed, which is no big deal. I understand that. The delivery was great. However, I ordered a littlejohn and the bread was as hard as a rock. There was hardly any meat on it, and the lettuce seemed to have had a hint of avocadoon it, which I am allergic to. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered online well in advance. I ordered around 10:30 for an item I wanted to have... delivered at noon. I did this intentionally because I am teaching summer school and that's when my kids have a break. Noon comesaround, nothing. 12:15 comes ... still nothing. I called the place FIVE times. NO answer. No communication. I look at my bankand of course my card was charged immediately. I am so frustrated with this place and will never ever order here again. I have loved JJ for years and have tried to give this location multiple "do overs" when they have messed up my online orders or... had terrible customer service, but I had officially had enough. I was told they would not take my order unless I had cash, so Iran to the bank and came back. When I started making the order the person was condescending and rude the entire time and made ajoke that I had gone and got cash and that did not detour me. I made an order for 10 people that were working. JJ had no linenor any customers inside of the store at the time. While I waited at the window I could hear the employees bad mouthing me andmy order. Then I was told when they handed me the food that I had better call ahead next time for an order that size and I hadcaused them problems. I have made orders online multiple times and they have always been wrong. So I had planned to order at thefacility to try and get what we actually needed. I had not minded the wait because I knew it was 10 sandwiches but then to belectured I have officially decided we will NEVER go to the Burley JJ again! Read more
