We have to stopped by Jack in the box every time we come through Idaho. We stopped by early Sunday afternoon. We ordered but... the wait was so long to get our food. The food was good. I got the buttery bacon and Swiss with curly fries. The food but hotand good. I also got the the basic witch shake. Went there the other day ordered 32 tacos and a chicken sandwich, I ordered it in the app went up there and waited for 30 mins... for them to say they don?t have tacos, there was no manager there the poor girl was crying cuz she didn?t know what to do! Thisis horrible service! Come on jack n box what?s going on there!!!!! Not happy and to too it off my kids had to wait longer to eatcuz we had to find another place to eat at!!! Read more
September 21st 11:52 PM and waiting for our order..... This guy working the window has no business working here! He gave us... attitude, rushed us so we couldn't even talk to get our orders right! He didn't thank us or tell us to have a good night, justshove our order through the window and shut it. Didn't even bother asking if we wanted ketchup or fry sauce, I bet our orderisn't even right. I recommend staying AWAY from this place at night! Update: I found the napkins and the receipt on the floor,that jaquel guy must have knocked them out of the bag or something. HOWEVER!! We are BOTH experiencing food poisoning and it hadstarted with cramps shortly after we ate here. He also had trouble sleeping due to it. Read more
The poorest customer service I?ve received at a Jack in the box in my 50 yrs. Drive through reps attitude was not only snippy... and short, but everything I order was immediately countered with the snottiest ?anything else ? unknown If the dining was openor not but would not allow us to place 2 orders. Save yourself a hassle and an attitude that can ruin your meal and wait to grabJack until you get to Twin Falls. Read more
The speaker does not work well, Fries are hard and not hot ( stale ), 15 min wait. Ask for butter sauce and was not added in... the bag with no receipt. 5 orders of 5.99 jack buttery fly combo. Also had to ask for a drink carrier which seem like big dealto ask. " I get it if short staff and times are rough." Just a small note to staff be more enthusiastic. Read more
It was just okay the grilled chicken was rubbery and the salad was brown. the churro was good
Service was fine if understaffed. Got a burrito and Classic butter. Sandwich. The burritos saving grace was its nice eggs and... sauce. Thank goodness. But god, was the classic burger terribad. Didnt taste like butter, cheese, or anything. Like animpossible burger, but without the gratification of supporting plant based meats. I don't know how people like it. Read more
