Service was fast and freindly. Chicken nuggets could have been more fresh but over all it was good.
Driving through for work, had a craving for Burger King so I stopped in, paid for my meal and asked for a water cup, they charge... 25 cents for the cup no biggie so I give the cashier a dollar and as she?s handing it to me she drops some of my change and thenhands me the leftovers and says here you go, not sure if she didn?t notice but it was audible and so I mentioned I thought shedropped some and she was like ya I did, so she calls the manager and gets back into the till and I?m 6 cents short of my 75cents in change and she hands me 4 Pennies and says that?s all she has?. Even though we made a big order tonight we should not have been treated with such disrespect and rudeness the only one that was... nice was the gal that helped get a box for the drinks because they had no drink carriers and they slow down and make the orderscorrectly. Came here for a quick lunch while traveling across the state. This place accepts multiple coupons from one person. Which doesn't... happen often. Management was nice. Food was normal for a burger king. Spicy chicken nuggets were pretty good. Read more
(READ THE FULL POST) So me and my girlfriend order food I asked for no sauces but they forgot to add bacon to the ULTIMATE BACON... SO i go back and instead of making a new one they take my sandwich back and add bacon I have no problem with that even thothat's against company policy I get my food back then my girlfriend wanted to order a small hamburger ketchup and pickles onlybut nope they added mayo and lettuce so we go back for the 2nd time so I get back in my truck I check my original order and yathey added all the sauces so at this point I go inside for the 3rd time and said I just want a refund for my burger at thispoint so I decide to go to burger King and order just a chicken sandwich with bacon and Swiss the sad part is I tell the younggirl about my incident with Jack in the box and said let's see if you folks can get my order correct and my mind is just blownaway by these young kids working at these fast food locations because they also got my order incorrect what is wrong with thesekids I remember working for burger king a long time ago and never had any issues with people's orders they have no sense ofurgency and no communication what so ever this is definitely a sign of not eating out again sad but true!!!
