I can't believe how cheap food is in Idaho. I got a shake and slider for $2.39! In San Diego I would not even get a slider... alone for that! Read more

If they tell you to move forward to wait for your food, beware. They took 10 minutes to give me half my order. I had to tell... them what my other item was. I ended up leaving before getting my sandwich because my lunch break was almost over. These peopleare not fast. Read more

In the last few years it seems like people have forgotten how to show kindness to others. I want to thank Darshella for her... kindness and Caring . Arby?s doesn?t take checks and I didn?t have a Visa card. As I started to turn away she offered to pay formy meal and I told her I would write a check to her. At this point she said ?NO? Everytime we eat here there is an issue . It's gotten to the point if something dose not change at this location we will not go... back. We are truck drivers for a local company and we eat at Arby's all the time and this is definitely one of the worst . Read more

They just recently remodeled and since they have reopened I have ate there once every weekend since. And everytime I go through... the drive-thru. I ask for arby sauce and horsey with my order. I will never get any with my order I always have to drive backaround and go into the store and ask for sauce for my sandwiches. And last time I had to go in to ask for marinara and broncoberry sauce for the mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers i ordered. I get tired of always having to go back around and intothe store to get what I had asked for at the window. Read more

I gave them a 5 because I was traveling with my parents. The dining room was closed so we had to go through the drive through.... My parents are in their 70's and debated back and forth on what they wanted to eat and discussed cost and read each menu itemand description outloud. I thought I was watching a Saturday Night Live skit playing out in thr front seat. Finally after about10 minutes of this my dad clears his throat and asks "Are you ready to take my order"?. I could only imagine the cashiersexpression as she said...."Uh.... Yeah....????????????. Thanks for the laugh! My french dip was great. Read more

I have had major issues a few times at this location, all times the service was absolutely absurd and the team members were too... obviously high.... the last time I visited this location I ordered a rather pricy sandwich and received more meat & veggies thanmeat. Multiple times it has taken around 15 to 20 minutes sitting waiting for a simple order in the drive through even if no oneelse is in line. Although I have attempted to email this location multiple times before leaving a bad review, they have neverresponded. This location needs some help when it comes to customer service, quality of food, and timing of orders as well asresponsiveness. Read more
