Ordered via mobile app. Arrived at pick-up time. They had not yet started on my food. Heard manager ask the counter employee,... "Which came in first, the mobile order or the actual order?" Strike one. When my burgers were prepared, the manager (who wasthe one preparing them) set them in a staging area right next to a spray bottle of cleaner. Strike two. Got home with order.One of the two burgers was prepared incorrectly, and both burgers were EXTREMELY dry. Dry as in the driest meat i have EVEReaten on a burger in my life.
