Do not order here for curbside OR delivery, they will mess up your order. I ordered two sandwhiches, one had the wrong bread,... and all the vegetables on it which I wanted only olives and pickles also had the wrong sauce and was so sloppy and disgustinglooking. The second for my son I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, it was really cold and just thrown together sloppy. Theseworkers use not being in front of a customer to their advantage, and should be fired for it in all honesty. When you are in thestore they obviously HAVE to make it right since you are right there. Ordered for delivery. My sandwich was so soggy and it looked like they just dumped sauce all over it. It actually looks like... they threw everything together and shook it in some dressing and wrapped it up. It has been a while since I ordered from hereand this will make sure I dont eat here again. Noah was the ABSOLUTE BEST, this is the best customer service I have received at any subway, I am definitely impressed. Even... when it came to putting my jalapeños in my sandwich he made sure they were all fresh. The store itself was very clean and eventhe staff there seemed very friendly. WOW...As always, I went with the chicken teriyaki sandwich, but this time the employee asked me if I wanted to warm up the... chicken before toasting it, and that made my sandwich a million times tastier. The guy was friendly and very nice. If I will bein this area again, his service is what will bring me back. Other subway restaurants need to send their employees here to seewhat service is. We moved from the midwest to Texas. Back home we had a really nice clean, fresh Subway that we went to often. We came here and... some were not very good. As in, I never wanted to go back. I was getting frustrated and thought they must all have cleanlinessissues, not only the restaurant but many of the staff. The one in walmart, they should have to shower before work because it'sbad. We found this subway (South Towne Crossing) and it is like a hidden gem. The food is fresh, the place is kept clean and thestaff are very friendly. Sarah goes above and beyond with her friendliness and upbeat attitude. She was even telling people asthey left, "thanks for coming, have a great day." You can also tell she wants to make sure your sandwich is perfect for you.Hopefully there are not two Sarah's because I'm not sure of her last name. All the staff is great but she really stands out tome. We really enjoy this subway. Read more
UPDATE: I am now very sick with food poisoning. I will be coming for this Subway legally! Ordered a chicken bacon ranch online,... after picking it up and bringing it home, the bread was not fully cooked, still doughy as well as the sandwich was cold. You'resupposed to heat the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Never ordering from here again. This is why no one raises fast food wages,can't even get something simple done right. Read more
