Their drinks always taste watered down. I used to be able to customize my drinks and they?d always come out delicious. The last... handful of times I?ve been to this one, my drinks are terrible. I just now ordered a normal hot chocolate, no customizing tomake it a little healthier? because I wanted it to taste good? still disgusting.. completely watered down and didn?t even fillmy cup up all the way. Done with this Starbucks. Can?t wait for 151 to open up. Don?t bother coming here. Read more

My caramel frappe didn't even have a hint of coffee flavor. It tasted like caramel water with whipped cream. The quality in... drinks from Starbucks have dropped over the last few years. Read more

Wish I could leave zero stars. This particular Starbucks can never seem to get my order right. Unfortunately it?s the only one... on my way. They?re also always out of something, be it vanilla syrup or venti cups or whatever is that day. It?s like they putzero to one pumps of syrup no matter what you request. Also, I placed an order on the mobile app and when o went to pick it upthey said they were out and to get refunded on the app. Nowhere on the app is there an option for a refund. So I paid for acoffee that day that I didn?t even get. Today, the lid wasn?t completely on my coffee and it spilled all over my shirt when Iwent to get a drink. And again, what little was left wasn?t made correctly. I will drive well out of my way to go somewhere elsefrom now on. Read more

It?s Starbucks ? they are on every corner so this review will be based purely on customer service and convenience. The good:... staff is typically friendly and coffee is slightly above average depending on who is working that day . The biggest area wherethis location could improve is making the parking lot more accessible specifically providing enough space to safely enter andexit the parking lot . Read more

My fiance mistakenly ordered the wrong size. We asked if they could fix the order and they rudely told us no. Will not be coming... back to this Starbucks ever again. Slow line. Rude service. And in the end our order was incorrectly done on their part anyways.Another Starbucks once gave me a free drink coupon because they were out of the flavor I wanted. This one wouldn't even botherto remake a drink that had ingredients we asked to be left off. Seems like terrible customer service. There is a starbucks onevery corner, so we will be avoiding this location in the future. Read more

Super disappointed... my drink did not taste right, when I came in to advise it didn't taste right and I needed additional... coffee.. I had to pay an additional $2.95 for added shots when I had used a reward that I had earned for said drink. What isthe Starbucks policy for when a customers drink is not right? This was not fair... I know that they were busy but I would havepreferred a longer wait over a less than quality drink product. Read more

Made a mobile order, when we went inside to pick up we stood there for about 13 min with our being acknowledged. We didn?t want... to rush the staff but when we realized drive thru was going fast than mobile orders we finally asked if our order was readystaff then handed our drinks to us! First off I was outraged that they saw us standing there for that long and didn?t evenacknowledge us second by the time we got our drinks they where already semi melted and to top it off they got our order wrong Istill had to go back in and get it corrected.
