Just waited thirty minutes for a burger, fries and a drink. I had to call them twice to get the order. When it was finally... brought out, food was cold. I complained and was told they would reheat it. Waited another five and canceled theorder. Absolutely the worst place to grab a meal in Burleson! On a positive note. So after years of this being the best sonic in the area, it is officially the worst. every time I stop there,they mess up the... order and not just a little bit. They are especially bad about kids meals. you can order a cheeseburger; They won?t put cheeseon it, and they will forget to put the toy and every single time. If you ask them to fix it, they will treat you like you arethe biggest burden. I?m sitting in the parking lot as I type this, they messed up two burgers completely, I send them back toget them fixed. It?s been 15 minutes. I called to see where the food is because nobody else is here, and they forgot to fix it.They forgot I was sitting in the parking lot! And I don?t trust this place to not spit in your food if you have aproblem. They?ve done it before they?ll do it again. Read more
Normally I?m not a reviewer, but this is an exception. I waited over 15 minutes for one drink, which I ended up not even... getting, that was ordered ahead on the mobile app. I pressed the button 3 times and each time was told it was on its way. Couldn't order a regular hamburger had to order a cheese burger with no cheese. Asked to have mustard put on both buns only. ... When I got home the cheeseburger without cheese had mayonnaise and ketchup on it no mustard. Went to the web site to do asurvey it wasn't working for whatever reason. After several attempts to call finally got a person they informed me localstores in the area serve cheese burgers like that you can't order a plain regular hamburger I was was always taught a plainburger was cheese less. And to top it off had to request my drink order that I had order was not brought out. It's a shame youlook forward to eating something you order just to find what they prepare and serve. Drinks slushes etc always good to go. But the burgers are disgusting. I don't know what kind of beef they use or what the issue... is but I took some bites and threw it out. I had this same experience about a year ago hints at why I haven't been back. Comeget your great flavors for slashes and chili cheese cones but no burgers. Read more
I had a bad experience over at the renfro sonic. I went to the one on elk drive and the manager Michelle was just AMAZING. She... really went above and beyond when she didn?t have to. Thank you Michelle for being so sweet and understanding. This sonic ispersonally out of the way for me but I?ll make the drive to go to this one instead because the customer service is unbeatable. I always use the app to order ahead, and yet I still wait over five minutes to receive my drink order once I arrive. Great... drinks and you get happy hour prices all day through the app. but it it doesn?t save any time by ordering through the app. Istill love Sonic! Read more
Smallest breakfast burrito I've ever had from sonic. It was snack size. Especially when I ordered the ultimate meat and cheese.... I was expecting it to be the size or bigger than I'm use to. Definitely NOT snack size. Read more
